  • Any communications, including correspondence, between and among Rep. Billy Tauzin, Commissioner Kevin Martin, and Chairman Powell concerning UNE Order on Remand, the USTA UNE decision, or the Triennial Review Order.
  • Any communications, including correspondence, between and among Chairman Powell, Commissioner Martin, and the Consumer and Government Affairs Bureau (or its predecessor, the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs) concerning UNE Order on Remand, the USTA UNE decision, or the Triennial Review Order.
