- We agree with TeleTruth that the
FCC is violating the law because it has not properly
taken into account the impacts on small telecom
businesses including ISPs and CLECs as required by the
Regulatory Flexibility Act.
- As a small ISP I feel that the FCC
has not protected our interests and is letting the Bell
monopolies take even more control of the critical public
infrastructure.
- The ISPs have been working in the
public interest --- And we have helped to bring the
Internet and Broadband to customers.
- We offer unique services ---
(Give the FCC some examples)
- We believe these new laws shrink
the choices for all Customers who use Broadband and
Internet Services.
- The FCC has had inadequate
enforcement of the Telecom Act which has unfairly harmed
entrepreneurs who have invested in bringing Internet
service to the public.
- Therefore, we believe the FCC
should stop these proceedings immediately because the
damage to our industry will be permanent and profound

"Endangered Species" and the FCC should do something
about protecting our combined interests.
- I have read the materials at the

the law by not protecting the interests of local
independent Internet Providers.
- I chose my current ISP because
----fill-in the blank ---unique services, superior
customer services and tech support, better technology,
etc. )
- I want to continue to have the
choice to use my current ISP for broadband services.
This is important to me.
- NO NEW BROADBAND TAXES ---In an
number of these proposals, you suggest to place new taxes
on Broadband. How dare you add more money to these rich
companies coffers.
