There are things in your life you can turn your back to.
There are things in your life you can just look away.
But sometimes there are things that can not go unchallenged.
Sometimes there are things you must confront.

Do I dare to stand up to tyrants?
Do I dare to feel some pain?
And if I don't who's going to do it?
Do you have the moxy to do it,
Or will you let them take your rights away?

There are those who will be hide it being legal.
There are those who write the laws to make it OK.
But there are things that we need to fight.
There are things that are just not right.
Especially when they're taking our liberties away.

How many slights will add up?
How many things will cause pain?
And if we add it all are the pieces all fitting
In a pattern we should distain
To reclaim our dignity?

I rather we sit around and drink Margaritas, throw in chips
I rather it wasn't my turn today.
And sometimes you get left holding the bag
And sometimes I wonder if it's worth it

But I just got to say
You can't let them get away with it.
